Ericsson was established in 1876 in Sweden. Starting from the production of telephone sets and switches, today Ericsson has developed into a world-leading provider of end-to-end comprehensive communication solutions. Currently, with 4 wholly owned companies, 10 joint ventures and 26 offices in China, Ericsson is providing a full range of communication solutions and services to its customers in China. Ericsson China is committed to the localization of its production, R&D and human resources. In 2002, Ericsson upgraded its industrial base in China to be one of its three global supply hubs. In 2002, Ericsson established Ericsson China R&D institute. Since 2000, Ericsson has been increasing its investment in R&D at a speed of 25% each year. From 2001 to 2005, Ericsson will increase its R &D investment in China by US$500 million. In 1997, Ericsson China Academy was established in Beijing, providing MBA training courses to staff in telecom industry in China.

Responsibilities:

Provide general admin support to the first line support manager
·
Customer service request handling
·
Data collection, analysis and consolidation for monthly reports or other statistics
·
Administrative service to unit members as co-coordinator

Requirements:

Female
·
Bachelor degree
·
Fluent spoken & written English(CET6)
·
Be skillful on Excel, Powerpoint, word and other office tools
·
Good communication and interpersonal skill
·
Work with initiative, timely follow-up and self-driven
·
Willingness to work in a team
